Fisk Courts

Description:

Fisk Courts is our only property that operates under the "Housing First" philosophy. This means that residents bypass some initial screenings in order to get housing first, then they are surrounded by case management to ensure their success. These Single Resident Occupancy units are set aside for adults who are chronically homeless.

Monthly Rent:

Rent is 30% of income for all apartments at Fisk Courts.  Applicants must be chronically homeless in order to qualify for one of these Single Resident Occupancy units.
